AcuGong: Group Acupuncture + Sound Bath

AcuGong is a special session combining acupuncture & a gong bath. Each session is created specifically for the energies of the season and/or the astrology by selecting a combination of acupuncture points that are suited to a group environment.

March 10 ~ The Spirit Courtyard Session

We will work with Governing Vessel Four—Shenting, or Spirit Courtyard. This point is located at the center of the forehead along the hairline.

The name of this point refers to its strong influence on the Mind and Spirit. It is a powerful point to calm the mind; whether overactive, anxious, or depressive and it influences the Hun, or Ethereal Soul, and the Shen, the Spirit.

What to expect:

First, acupuncture needles will be applied to the specific meridian points on the body. Then, as you relax, @la_gonghera plays the gong. The frequencies of the gong activate the needles, creating a deep state of multi-modality healing. After a one hour gong bath, the needles are removed and we close the session mindfully together.
